Elven Bride is a 2 episode OAV "soft" hentai produced by Pink Pineapple in 1995. I first saw it in 2002 and instantly loved it. Elven Bride's strong points include" a hot, large-breasted, blonde haired elven girl, an oddly cute love story between an elf and a human, an actual plot, Harpies, a Hydra, and a lot of other cool fantasy themes. Low points include: not-super-great animation (even for 1995), and a slightly creepy character design for the main male, Kenji.
Elven Bride is the story of Milfa, an elf, and Keiji, a human. The series opens with their totally adorable interspecies wedding, which is apparently a big no-no in their society. Despite the intolerance, Milfa and Keiji are happy, and promise to be good to one another.
When the time comes to consummate their union, it turns out that Milfa's elven pussy is too small to fuck, even from behind.
Keiji is very sweet and understanding. He pleasures her in other ways, and vows to find a way the two of them can have penetrative sex. This is where the harpies come in.
Apparently, if you have sex with a Harpy (or at least get her really turned on?), they secrete a super-slippery lube that might enable Milfa and Keiji to have sex. Keiji finds a harpy, who attacks him. As he is about to fight her, he is intercepted by the Harpy's mother, a Harpion, who kidnaps him.
A Harpion is a hybrid human-Harpy, and if a Harpion wants to have Harpion babies, she needs to mate with a human. She mates with Keiji (who vows to "not disgrace his wife" by preventing himself from ejaculating. Because just fucking her doesn't count as cheating, I guess?) The Harpion gets pregnant anyway, and Keiji is able to collect a vial of her lube. Everyone wins!
Unfortunately, the "Harpy's Ooze" proves ineffective, so Milfa lets Keiji tit-fuck her. (I'm not sure why anal never occurred to either of them. I mean, it's at least worth a shot, right?)
That's about it for the first episode. There was some non-sex plotty stuff inbetween, where the villagers start to accept Milfa when she saves some local children from a Hydra (Milfa and Keiji subsequently adopt the Hydra—named Silver—and use it for transportation throughout the rest of the series.)
In Elven Bride 2, we meet Keiji's hot grandmother Mitsuko, a succubus-like creature who stays young by fucking the life out of men.
While visiting her, Keiji learns that Milfa has made an appointment to see a doctor about her small vagina. When he learns the doctor is Dr. Perio, an infamous incubus who will most likely molest and rape his wife, Keiji sets out on Silver to rescue her.
Dr. Perio implants an erotic hallucination in Milfa's mind during her exam, but her virginity remains intact as Keiji and Silver break through the wall of the clinic in the nick of time. Mitsuko takes it upon herself to save any other potential victims of Dr. Perio by fucking the life out of him.
It's a happy ending for everyone, and unfortunately, that does it for the entire series. It's a shame they never made more; there are infinite filthy adventures to be had in a fantasy world of elves and demons!
Overall, Elven Bride gets 4/5 stars. It's a really good introductory hentai, given its relatively soft sex scenes and easily digestible plot. Watch it with someone you like!
